👥 Participant Cap: 32 players

Game Format: Beyblade X’s 3on3 match type (No Repeating Parts)

The tournament will follow a 6-round Swiss system, with the top 8 advancing to a single-round elimination finals.

How to Register

• Purchase your tickets from this event page (1 per account).

• Please note - Tickets are non-transferrable. Tickets can be refunded up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event for which the ticket has been purchased. Ticket refund requests should be sent via email. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

What to Expect

• Allowed Beys: Both Takara Tomy and Hasbro Beyblades are allowed.

• Takara Tomy Stadiums: 4 Takara Tomy Beyblade X stadiums for tournament use.

• Free-Play Area: Additional stadiums for free-play and practice, where players can test builds and experiment with combos.

• Scoring: Scores and standings will be tracked using Challonge and scores will be submitted by the judges for your matches.

Time & Arrival

Please arrive before 12:00 PM to ensure everything is ready for the start time. Late arrivals past 12:30 PM will forfeit their spot and are not guaranteed a refund as per our terms & conditions. If you know you'll be late, please let us know in advance via our email (info@norfolkbladers.co.uk) or reach out to us directly on the Norfolk Bladers discord server. Be prepared for a full day of Beyblade fun! The event is expected to last 4-5 hours.

Venue Rules

NorwichVR is a fantastic venue who are kindly letting us use their space. This venue has an area offering snacks and drink on-site, so please support the venue by not bringing in outside food or drinks and purchasing any snacks or refreshments you may want from the store itself. Please be respectful to all Norfolk Bladers and NorwichVR staff and comply with any rules of the premises.

Banned Parts

• Metal Needle (MN) is banned at this event due to the damage is causes to the stadium floors.

Prizing

• 🏆 Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 players and a choice from our prize pool announced on the day.

Hosts

This tournament will be hosted by Fuzz and Chase.

Important Notes

• Sportsmanship: Be respectful, keep excessive swearing in check, try to refrain from shouting too much during your game no matter how excited you might get, and please help promote a welcoming atmosphere.

• Personal Belongings: Keep your items secure. If you find anything unattended, hand it to the host or venue staff.

• Age Restrictions: Players must be 8+ in order to participate. Any players under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

• Anti-Bullying/Code of Conduct/Safeguarding: Please view our policies page so you are aware of how to properly conduct yourself while at our events. We have zero-tolerance towards bullying of any kind. If you do not follow our policies, you will be banned from future events.
